These Terms govern your use of NoteLink and its related public pages. By using NoteLink, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
1. Beta service
NoteLink is an Android internal beta, not a generally available production service. Features may be incomplete, change, fail, or be withdrawn. There is no approved public download or Google Play destination at this time.
2. Your files and responsibilities
You retain ownership of your notes and other files. You are responsible for maintaining independent backups, protecting your device and Google account, reviewing recovery warnings, and ensuring you have the right to store or share content you place in NoteLink.
Do not use NoteLink to violate law, infringe others’ rights, interfere with services, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access.
3. Google Drive
If you connect Google Drive, your use of Google services is also governed by Google’s terms and policies. Revoking account access, clearing app data, uninstalling NoteLink, and deleting Drive files are separate actions.
4. Sync and recovery limitations
NoteLink includes caching, queued writes, conflict detection, and recovery tools, but it does not promise uninterrupted, instantaneous, lossless, atomic, or conflict-free sync. Do not bulk-remove pending revisions. Preserve recovery exports and checksum manifests until an issue is resolved.
5. Intellectual property
NoteLink, its branding, software, and website are owned by J-Esprisoft Inc. or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the application or permit copying, reverse engineering, resale, or redistribution except where applicable law expressly allows it.
6. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or data preservation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, J-Esprisoft Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or business arising from NoteLink. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not fully apply to you.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or suspend beta access as the product changes. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
